Mission

Aesthetic medicine is global. Most clinics aren't ready for it. We are.

Half of all aesthetic procedures performed today cross at least one border — a Brazilian in Madrid, a Russian in Istanbul, a Saudi in Paris. The clinics are world-class. The intake systems aren't. Calls go unanswered. WhatsApps wait. DMs drift.

colomor gives every clinic an AI assistant that actually speaks the patient's language — 100+ of them — and books, quotes, follows up around the clock. No call centres. No commission. Just better service, in every voice.

We started in Istanbul in 2024 because that's where the math hurts most. We're now in 32 countries because the math hurts everywhere.

What we believe

Five things that won't change.

Language is care.

Speaking to a patient in their own language isn't a feature — it's the bare minimum. A clinic that "kind of" speaks English isn't ready for an Arabic-speaking patient. We treat translation as clinical infrastructure, not a nice-to-have.

The clinic keeps the patient.

We don't take commission on bookings. Ever. Patients pay the clinic, not us. colomor makes money from subscriptions — which means our incentive is to make your clinic so good you stay forever.

03.

Real numbers, not vibes.

Every dashboard answers: where did this booking come from, what does it cost, will it cancel? No fluffy "engagement" metrics. Just attribution, conversion, and the bottom line of your week.

Privacy is non-negotiable.

Patient data is stored in the patient's region (EU, US, Türkiye, ME). Encrypted in transit and at rest. Right-to-be-forgotten in under 24 hours. No selling, no training third-party models, no exceptions.

05.

Boutique > chains.

The independent clinic with three doctors and a real story shouldn't lose to a corporate chain just because the chain has more SEO budget. We engineer for the boutique — and the rest follows.

06.

Five minutes, or it's broken.

Every flow we build has a clock on it. Onboarding a new clinic: 5 minutes. Replying to a patient: under a minute. Switching plans: 30 seconds. If something takes longer, that's a bug to fix.

Aylin and 2 engineers. First prototype was a Telegram bot bolted onto a clinic's intake form. It worked. 2 clinics signed up in week one.

Hit product-market fit. Maison Lumière became the first Privé customer. Hired Levent & Marie.

2025 · MAR

Multilingual voice consultations

Live two-way translation on calls — the moment patients realised the doctor would actually hear them in their language, intake rates doubled.
